Email privacy@einstinewrites.com with the subject “Data deletion request.” When possible, use the address involved in the original correspondence.
2. What to include
- The email address connected with the information.
- The approximate date and subject.
- Whether you want specific or all reasonably identifiable information deleted.
Do not send identity documents unless specifically requested and reasonably necessary.
3. Verification
We may request limited context to locate the record and reduce the risk of unauthorised deletion.
4. Limits and completion
Information will be deleted or anonymised where reasonably possible. Some records may be retained for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute handling, or necessary business records. We will respond within a reasonable period and explain material limitations.
5. Future products
Before a product stores account or synchronised user information, its disclosure will explain in-product controls, request routes, expected timing, and the categories removed.
